The cooperation agreement between the Bundeskartellamt and the Bundesnetzagentur lays the foundation for collaboration within the MTU Electricity/Gas.
So far the MTU Electricity/Gas has not stipulated any requirements. Once the requirements come into effect, they will be published on this website.
Under section 47h (2) GWB, the MTU Electricity/Gas must draw up an activity report every two years.
In the future selected MTU Electricity/Gas talks and presentations will be published here.
